Cuyahoga County Summer Manufacturing Camp lets kids see how it's made

One would think Bridget Sprosty, 12, of Brooklyn, was reliving the Cavaliers championship as she jumped up and down, red hair flying, while she rolled her dice in a game of "Come On Six!" during the first day of the Cuyahoga County Summer Manufacturing Camp at Max Hayes Vocational High School on Monday.

With community partners like the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and WIRE-Net, the week-long manufacturing camp introduces kids from 5th to 9th grades to manufacturing jobs in their community. The group will get to see first-hand how things are made while touring local manufacturing facilities.
