A leading eye care manufacturing company plans to invest another $97 million in suburban Atlanta as it starts the next phase of a multiyear project to expand its production capacity of contact lenses.
Gov. Nathan Deal, in a news release Thursday, said Alcon is expanding its "significant economic footprint" in the Johns Creek Area, creating even more "high-tech jobs forĀ Georgians using our cutting-edge technological capabilities as a foundation for future innovation in eye care."
