Ohio will have a partner with Scott Pruitt at helm of EPA: Bob Gibbs (Opinion)

After eight long years, the state of Ohio is on the verge of having a partner at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, rather than an adversary. Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt, President Donald Trump's nominee to head the agency, is a fantastic choice.

It will take someone with Pruitt's expertise and skills to mend the relationships between the federal agency and its counterparts at the state level. Under the Obama administration, the EPA ignored the unique needs and circumstances of all 50 states, deferring to a radical activist ideology instead.
