Today, SC Johnson announced it is making a multi-million dollar expansion of its Bay City, Michigan plant. The investment will cover development of infrastructure and equipment for new production lines. Currently, the plant produces billions of Ziploc® bags a year and exports products to seven countries outside the United States.
“We are proud to be making this major investment in one of our U.S. facilities and supporting economic development in Bay City and the state of Michigan,” said Fisk Johnson, Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson. “This expansion will help us meet increased customer demand for Ziploc, a flagship brand in our product portfolio.”
